We liked Luci because she specialised in private property weddings and had spent a lot of time locally on the Mornington Peninsula and trusted she could bring our Flinders wedding to life, capturing the unique aspects of the property and highlighting the setting as best as possible. We loved Luci because she was flawless in her delivery of that brief. From start to finish we were impressed with Luci’s attention to detail and work.
Our site required two full marquee set ups, 1 km apart in a farm environment, converting a machinery shed to a bespoke and impeccably styled reception area, drop in kitchen to cater for 150 guests, co-ordination of movements to and from the property, as well as between the ceremony and reception area during the celebration. Luci managed all suppliers comfortably, with literally everything required to be brought in during the week, toilets, dance floors, bars, furniture, floral arrangements, all while contending with horrendous weather during the week, muddy and gravel roads, bogged trucks and 30mm rain the day before the wedding. None of this seemed to affect the planning and delivery of our beautiful wedding. We didn’t appreciate the scale of the undertaking at the time and it is difficult to describe what Luci achieved. In a wedding with as many moving parts as ours, things inevitably go wrong in the 48 hours prior and particularly on the day. It was until after our wedding that we discovered more of the things that had happened in the lead up which we had no idea about. Luci just dealt with them, professionally and effectively and allowed us to enjoy our day fully without any stress or complications.
The whole process was seamless. We would highly recommend Luci for any wedding but in particular private properties. Always available, easy communication and amazing person to have on your side for your big day.

Where to begin … Luci was the first email I sent to anyone regarding our wedding. We didn’t have a venue or even a date but from the first email to luci I knew i couldn’t plan this wedding without her.
And off we went. Luci and myself were on the same page from our very first meeting, from colours, to candles to the whole vibe of the day she was on board with our ideas but also made them into more than we would have ever have dreamed. She did absolutely everything for us found every single supplier that was used, designed and visually created the most beautiful day.
Luci is amazing at what she does, but her ability to clam down and fix any situation or curve ball thrown our way is seriously beyond words. Luci is a beautiful person inside and out and we will forever be so grateful to her. One of our best memories looking back at the planning and the day is that we had her involved and we gained a beautiful lifelong friend.
We could not recommend her enough. She was be the best and easiest decision we made.

I could not recommend Luci from Poni Studio more! We got married on a property in regional Victoria with everything planned as a pop up for the day and all outdoors. Of course with Melbourne weather, we received 60mm of rain the day before our wedding which would stress even the calmest of people - not Luci!
Having to pivot our plans for a set up the day of the wedding, Luci moved things around where needed and worked probably 20 hours straight to create our dream wedding. If any dramas came up, we wouldn’t have even known, as Luci had it covered. Her planning, styling, coordinating and support is what every couple need for their special day.
She is worth her weight in gold!

Choosing to have Poni Studio involved in the planning and execution of our wedding was honestly the best decision we made. Luci is the most incredible, warm, diligent, organised person and all-round superstar and we are just so grateful that we had her along for our wedding journey.
From the moment I called Luci to enquire I knew that she was going to be amazing. We locked in Poni Studio for the 8 week out package and on-the-day coordination package for our private property marquee wedding, and it was absolutely worth its weight in gold. We naively thought that a DIY "pop up" wedding would be simple enough to organise on our own, but soon realised that it involved an incredible amount of planning, coordination and set up. That's where Luci came in. She understood our vision exactly, and executed everything incredibly. There were many necessary elements to setting up the venue that we hadn't even considered, but Luci was always one step ahead. We also had a huge supplier list, and Luci was able to manage everything (including a massive bump in process) with ease. It meant that were were able to enjoy the lead up to the wedding and do all the fun things, without having to worry about the stressful things (Luci did all of that for us!). This included realising 5 days out that our outdoor wedding was going to have heavy rain - and within about 2 hours of finding out about the forecast Luci had arranged the most stunning wet weather back up plan with a beautiful marquee and everything accounted for (lucky, because we would have been drenched without it!).
Thanks to Luci our wedding was literally a dream come true, and there is not one thing we would have changed. Every single element blew us away, and the feedback from our guests was incredible. Not only did it look absolutely amazing, the whole vibe was incredible and the night ran without a hitch (because Luci and her team were managing everything behind the scenes).
I'm already missing our meetings and constant instagram DMs in the lead up to the wedding. Luci was like that friend that you can barrage with all your wedding spam, but doesn't get bored or annoyed by it. You can tell she literally lives for weddings and loves everything about them. She truly invests herself in her couples and their weddings, and it's like having your friend there on the day. Luci is the type of wedding planner who will be wiping away her own tears during your ceremony and speeches, getting on her hands and knees in the mud to rearrange your dress for the perfect shot, cheering loudly during the dips and lifts in your first dance, and even joining the dfloor to dance the Zorba at the end of the night.
We've already recommended Luci to all our friends who are currently engaged, and one couple has already booked in with her. So if you're thinking of having Poni Studio involved with your own wedding, our advice would be to get in quick!

Luci is an absolute MUST have if you are getting married. She becomes your wedding fairy godmother, support person, expert, friend and confidante. Luci has the most calming energy and she just gets things done with minimal fuss. Nothing is too big or small, Luci is amazing at sorting sh** out and being in your corner during what can be a stressful time. Luci is also a creative genius with such an eye for detail and can create amazing concepts or bring your own concept to life. We had a pretty clear idea on what we wanted and Luci rallied the very best suppliers and managed the entire process to bring our wedding dreams to life. My husband and I both come from PR/Events/Media type roles and didn't want to have to do what we do for work in our personal life (and wanted to minimise stress and anxiety) and Luci allowed us to do this. On the day she had everything under control when it came to suppliers bumping in, styling, things going in the right places and just ensuring the whole wedding ran like clockwork. Luci we thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we could not have gotten through it without you!!!!

Every bride-to-be needs a Luci/Poni Studio in their life!! I originally booked On-The-Day coordination only, as I come from a PR/events background and thought I could do it all. But a couple of months out, things started to get overwhelming and I extended my package to '8 Weeks Out + OTD'. Best. Decision. Ever.
The way I describe Luci is like a "senior bridesmaid with loads of experience". There were things I lost sleep over, which she helped solve in 5 minutes. She helped with vendor liaison, seating plans, styling, music, put together the most incredible runsheet and so much more!
I think one of the biggest misconceptions is that venue coordinators will do everything, but they are there to ensure the venue, and the mechanics of the wedding, run smoothly. Whereas, Luci works at a deeper level to ensure the *bride & groom* are having the time of their lives. For example; Luci ran to top-up my husband's champagne glass when we did an impromptu photoshoot mid-dfloor so the photos would turn out better - and they did! What a legend!

“Luci was our wedding fairy godmother and if you are reading this because you are getting married I cannot recommend her enough - she is absolute magic.
When I first reached out to Luci my now husband and I had a very clear vision for our day but wanted someone to help execute it. I knew Luci was our gal straight away - she has exceptional style, an eye for finer details and her enthusiasm for what she does is contagious.
Fast forward a few months and thanks to the rona we had to postpone our wedding, change venues and deal with an ever changing list of restrictions. Luci handled all of this with grace, suggesting new venues and vendors and calmly guiding us through the crazy COVID storm.
We absolutely could not have pulled off a wedding in 2020 without Luci and in the end our plan B (which was more like plan G) wedding far exceeded anything we could have dreamed of. Our venues were styled meticulously, every tiny detail was thought of and we were able to totally relax and have the best fun.

I got in touch with Luci in the lead up to our wedding as I became overwhelmed with all the vendors and wondering whether my vision would come to life on the day. THE BEST THING I DID. Luci came in, got all the details of the vendors and took control. Luci also suggested and organised some of the finer details which really topped off the entire day. On our wedding day, Luci blended in seamlessly and was an absolute god send. Everything went perfectly and I had so many guests comment about how brilliant she was (although I already knew that). Honestly, Luci was my best friend in the lead up to our wedding. She made my life and our day so much more amazing than I ever imagine and I couldn't recommend her enough!!!

From the moment we decided to have Luci as our wedding coordinator there was a weight lifted off my shoulders. She took care of absolutely everything, on the day, the lead up, no question or request was ever too hard. She went above and beyond. She contacted all of our suppliers to make sure the day would run as smoothly as possible which of course it did. She allowed us to be totally present and enjoy every minute of the day.

Where do I even begin with how extraordinary Luci was.
As I got married in a marquee at home, one of my main concerns was that my parents would feel like they were running the show. I really wanted them to enjoy the wedding like any other guest. From the moment we booked Luci, we didn't have a worry in the world.
Not only was Luci our on the day coordinator, but our stylist and life saver. She recommended everything from the candles, to the napkin color and set the tables for us, while we were busy getting ready. She worked very closely with Alison from Hi Petal and made the whole day come together. The day before the wedding was 43 degrees, and Luci spent all day in the marquee getting in set up. I don’t know how she did it, and with a smile on her face with her beautiful nature. I think on the wedding day she worked for 20 hours straight, with not a single complaint.
Luci went completely above and beyond and was incredible to work with. I would (and have) recommended her to all my friends getting married. She is genuinely worth her weight on gold. What a rockstar.

Where to even begin... my entire experience with Poni Studios was a DREAM. If you are tossing up about whether you need Poni Studios... stop! Let me tell you, you do. Following my wedding on the 6th December 2018, I can promise you the only thing I would change is that I would find and book earlier.
I got to the stage in my wedding planning where balancing work, home and planning was just too much. I was feeling overwhelmed and the list of things I was going to have to ask of my friends and family on the wedding day was getting longer and longer. I just wanted my friends and family to relax and enjoy, and I also wanted to enjoy my engagement and the planning process; enter, Luci.
From my first call with Luci, I felt so much more at ease, and things got even better from there. Luci becomes your biggest advocate, cheerleader and wedding guru from the moment you book her and I cannot imagine doing the prep without her now. She helped with everything from sourcing styling items and emergency make up artists, to creating and tweaking run sheets and contacting and coordinating other vendors on my behalf. Communication with Luci was easy and enjoyable, and nothing was ever too much to ask.
Then, on the wedding day she stepped it up again. Everything Luci did (and it was A LOT) was far beyond our expectations and she had my parter and I feeling like we had not a single to thing to worry about aside from relaxing and enjoying our day. My friends and family (who would have otherwise been my coordinators/styling squad) could also relax and enjoy.
So many of my cousins and girlfriends were also so impressed by Luci, that they snapped up her number before I could even run away on my honeymoon!
Highly, highly recommend without a doubt in my mind. 11/10!
